This project focused on leveraging Transfix’s Sustainable Freight Network to secure larger contracts by aligning shippers with sustainable logistics solutions. By developing automated reporting, consulting customers on carbon-reducing/Tier II spend boosting strategies, and integrating sustainability into freight procurement negotiations, we positioned Transfix as a leader in sustainable freight. These initiatives not only reduced emissions but also strengthened shipper partnerships and increased revenue opportunities.

This project focused on streamlining the Prep process in a fulfillment center by optimizing workflows, improving layout design, and enhancing labor efficiency. By implementing standardized procedures, adjusting staffing levels, and integrating automation tools, we achieved a 90%+ increase in work rate, improved safety, and created a more reliable process across shifts. These changes reduced bottlenecks, minimized redundant work, and enhanced throughput.
